Additionally, if you choose the Flower design it doubles as a life cycle board! A Flower appears on both sides of the press; one side has 4 petals for a 4 stage life cycle, while the other side has 5 petals for a 5 stage life cycle. Presses with the 2-sided Flower Design are available in either Maple or Cherry wood. Additionally, we are offering the 7” press in beautiful Ambrosia Wood which provides an amazing unique design of its own! Ambrosia maple is caused by the Ambrosia beetle; the beetle's digging creates shallow channels that cause discoloration in the wood. The discoloration is usually a combination of browns. The worm hole pattern is now highly desired in design.

Flower Design or Blank Ambrosia Maple: These larger presses include quality brass hardware: 4 flathead screws with washers and wing nuts to properly secure your press; 6 corrugated cardboard ventilators and 10 sheets of blotter paper.
